Whimsy’s Kitchen is a 1500 square foot, full-service, shared-use commercial kitchen.  We have multiple prep areas that are shared by our food entrepreneurs.  Commercial users have access to hourly or monthly rental of the facilities and the equipment.

These packages are designed for the professional food company that has a secure client base and needs a kitchen to call their own without the costs of an in-house commercial kitchen 

Rates listed are for a 12 month Kitchen Use Agreement for the following packages.

*We do offer a 6 month Kitchen Use Agreement at 25% over our stated rates

**Storage is not included in any kitchen use package

Large Full Time Production

Designed for large scale catering
$1850/mo
  • Two 2×8 SS tables with metro rack
  • 2 people up to 192 hours per month
  • 4 tastings for your clients at The Realm’s venue space.  Must not conflict with The Realm’s scheduled events.
  • You will have to rent the storage the Health Department requires you to have in order to obtain your permit

Large Full Time Production +

Designed for large scale catering
$2450/mo
  • Two 2×8 SS tables with metro rack
  • 3 people up to 220 hours per month
  • 4 tastings for your clients at The Realm’s venue space.  Must not conflict with The Realm’s scheduled events.
  • You will have to rent the storage the Health Department requires you to have in order to obtain your permit

Extra Large Full Time Production

Designed for large scale catering
$3000/mo
  • Two 2×8 SS tables with metro rack
  • 4 people for unlimited hours
  • One chef’s cage
  • 6 Tastings for your clients at The Realm’s venue space.  Must not conflict with The Realm’s scheduled events.
  • You will have to rent the storage the Health Department requires you to have in order to obtain your permit

Ultimate Full Time Production

$4000/mo
  • Three 2×8 SS tables with metro rack
  • Dedicated work station
  • 6 people for unlimited hours
  • One chef’s cage
  • 12 tastings for your clients at The Realm’s venue space.  Must not conflict with The Realm’s scheduled events.
