Whimsy’s Kitchen is a 1500 square foot, full-service, shared-use commercial kitchen.  We have multiple prep areas that are shared by our food entrepreneurs.  Commercial users have access to hourly or monthly rental of the facilities and the equipment.

Whimsy’s Kitchen Basic Kitchen Use Packages

These packages are designed for Annual Food Permit Vendors, Food Truck’s & Temporary Permit Vendors that need minimal kitchen use

Rates listed are for a 12 month Kitchen Use Agreement for the following packages.

*We do offer a 6 month Kitchen Use Agreement at 25% over our stated rates

**Storage is not included in any kitchen use package

The Basic

Designed for Farmers Market Users
$400/mo
  • One 2×4 SS table with metro rack
  • 1 person up to 32 hours per month
  • You will have to rent the storage the Health Department requires you to have in order to obtain your permit
  • Use of cooking appliances not included

The Food Truck

Designed for Food Truck Users
$550/mo
  • One 2×4 SS table with metro rack
  • 1 person up to 32 hours per month
  • Grey water diposal & potable water fill
  • You will have to rent the storage the Health Department requires you to have in order to obtain your permit
  • Use of cooking appliances not included

The Temp Package

Designed for Temporary Food Permit Vendors
$500/mo
  • One 2×4 SS table with metro rack
  • 1 person up to 32 hours per month
  • 1 shared cold storage shelf *designed for temporary storage while preparing for your event.  
  •  Use of cooking appliances not included
  • Use of cooking appliances is an additional $100/month
  • Monthly stated rate is for a 1-year Kitchen Use Agreement
  • Monthly stated rate is for a 1-year Kitchen Use Agreement

Servicing Location Package

Designed for Commissary Exempt Food Trucks

  • Commissary Exempt Food Vendor
  • Grey Water disposal
  • Potable Water Fill
  • Mop Sink for Cleaning
  • Monthly stated rate is for a 1-year Kitchen use Agreement
